You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. I don't see any problem here (other than a pattern of ad uploads on both accounts, but that has nothing to do with there being two accounts). @PrinceAzuka134 Can you provide a link to the image and the page you want to edit? I’m not sure which page you were referring to, but it must have been protected for good reasons, so it isn’t likely to be unprotected. Reason for reporting: I would like to ask for some help concerning the uploads of this user. They are providing us with a series of postal stamp scans of really decent quality, but sadly, a lot of the files are actual or likely copyvios per COM:Stamps.
This report is to gather some more watchers of and helpers on the matter and maybe to get a temporary block until the backlog is cleared and an acknowledgement of policies is given, only for uploading, if that is possible. It takes a lot of time curating the list: especially looking for biographic data of artists and engravers, and the uploads came in faster than I could check them. Two accounts uploading a lot of photos of and strange claims about a person called "Robbie (Leo) Edward Sayers" or his apparent full pseudonym of "Leocrain Thunderbolt", mainly focusing on how he ran his own civil engineering company at the age of 13 and designed a culvert system in southern Spain. More context in this deletion request.

File:Engineering design of Arroyo De Monterroso subsurface canal system by Robbie E. Sayers.jpg and File:DESIGNS OF THE RIO MONTERROSO CULVERT. ESTEPONA, MALAGA.jpg both use the same drawing credited to Sayers, and both are claimed as own work.

The two accounts have also uploaded several fake photoshopped images of the late Robert Earl Hughes, discussed at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Robert Earl Hughes, worlds largest man. Please take action to remove any and all duplicate content pertaining to that of Robbie Sayers within Wikipedia.

There seems to be sensitive content related to national security, as well as an attempt to take credit for Sayers’s work for the purposes of potential financial gain from Wikimedia Commons.
